Sit down on your mat or on the floor.
Extend both legs in front of you.
Fold your right leg and put your right foot on left thigh. Left leg is straight and long.
Bring your awareness to the right arm. Right arm goes behind your back and reach the right toe from the back.
Slowly fold forward and reach the left toe with your left finger tips or left palm. See if you can touch the forehead to the left knee.
