Stand on your knees. Knees together, big toes touch each other.
Slowly lower the hips to the heels. There should be V shape from your heels to the toes.
Try to keep the spine straight and long. Neck is in line with your spine. Gaze at one fix point.
Palms my rest on the knees.
Slowly open the knees. Keep the gap of about 1 or 2 foot between both knees. Rest your both palms on the floor between the knees. Lean on your palms and transfer some of your body weight to your palms and feel the pressure on your shoulders a little bit. If palms, wrist and shoulders hurt then take it easy and just rest the palms on the floor and do not transfer your body weight on your palms, arms and shoulders.
Lion Roar Pose
While you sit in Lion pose. Take a deep breath in, open your mouth as wide as open, slide your tongue out and hold this pose for few seconds.
