You can practice this pose while sitting or standing. Keep in mind that your spine is straight and long and shoulders are placed properly. You are neither leaning forward or back ward.
Extend your both arms straight in front of you. Arm is neither above or lover than shoulder height. Both palms facing each other, shoulder width apart.
Open the hands, fingers spread out. Spread your fingers as much as possible.
Close your hand and make a fist with thumb inside.
Practice this for 10-20 times
