Wheel or Bridge Pose
This pose is know by different names
Some Yogis calls his Bridge pose other recognize it by the name of Wheel pose.
There is couple of ways to practice this pose.
If you have never practice this pose before then you should not practice this on your own.
It must be performed under the supervision of trained Yoga Guru.
Lay down on your mat on your back.
Feet hip width apart or one foot.
Heels close to hips but not more than 1 foot away from the hips.
Both arms go up in the air. Fold the arms and palms touch the mat, close to the shoulders. Finger tips pointing towards the heels.
Slowly lift the hips up in the air as high as possible.
Your entire body weight is on both palm and both feet.
Do not transfer body weight to the head or neck muscle.
