All GYAN YOGA classes are suitable for Beginner, Intermediate and Advance students.
This is how it works.
In the class our instructors provides precise instructions for all the poses. They will offer 3 to 4 options to practice Yoga poses that will deliver most benefit to the person practicing it.
This is for Beginners student. It is easy enough to practice and challenging enough to derive the most benefits form that particular Yoga Pose. How ever if student want to push to the next lever then feel free to choose the “Option 2”. This will add more intensity to his Yoga session and will put him to next level.
Option 2 (Intermediate)
This is for Intermediate students. It is little bit more challenging then the beginners. Choosing this option will add more intensity to your Yoga practice and will prepare you for advance level. This will bring more flexibility to the muscles in your body. Opens up several joints. Continuous practice will make you easily Advance student.
Option 3 (Advance)
This is for Advance students. Those who have already practiced yoga and are familiar with it. It will make them stronger according to their body weight.
